Shipping policy
All products are dispatched within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Domestic orders should arrive within 3-7 business days for regular post or 2-3 business days for express. Please allow for potential courier delays due to COVID-19.

Refund policy
We're happy to refund or exchange your order within 14 days from you receiving it if your product is faulty or untampered and in original packaging. Just shoot us an email (olfactoryasydney@gmail.com) with "Refund" in the subject line. Once we receive the item, we'll issue you a refund within 48 hours to the payment method that you used to make your original payment.
